When Can You Cancel Your Order?
We strive to accommodate cancellation requests whenever possible. An order is generally eligible for cancellation if it has not yet been processed or dispatched from our facility.
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order or before it has been shipped, whichever comes first. Requests submitted during the processing stage will be evaluated based on the timing and status of the order.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, our team will assist you with alternative options, such as initiating a return or exchange, where applicable.
Order cancellations are only permitted while the order is in the processing stage. Once the status is updated to "shipped," cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
After an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return upon receiving the product in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
At present, changes to items or shipping addresses are not permitted once an order is placed. If you need to update any details, you may cancel the order, if eligible, and place a new one with the correct information.
